The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked fine. Location is convenient for anything related to the french quarter. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was in a centrally located area, we were very happy with the location. We had the trolley in front of the hotel. The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We requested a higher floor when I made the reservation we were on the 17th floor, it was quiet. Overall it was quiet on our floor, no noises from the other rooms.

The hotel has a restaurant on site called Luke. During your stay you must try it atleast once. The service and the food is very good. The wait staff go above and beyond to serve their customers. I would personally make that a pit stop on my next vist to the city of New Orleans.

Me and my family came for Mardi Gras and this hotel is a great location and the staff was really nice.

Loved the location real close to everything and my stay at this hotel was exceptional great customer service and the room was amazing, making it the perfect location from were to explore New Orleans extended history and enjoy life in bourbon street or walk the path history and it's ghosts.

The onsite restaurant prices were a little high, so we ate at a cafe down the street. Prices were lower and the food was great. Location is excellent. Close enough to walk to Bourbon St. and a convenience store is steps away. Staff was very pleasant and recommended things to do.

The room was clean & stocked with all the necessities. The elevators were fast, which was surprising because my stay was during Mardi Gras. The location was great. The hotel Manager was very present & friendly.

The location was everything that I was looking for. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
